Carroll County Delegation will convene Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 10am at the Carroll County Annex, 10 County Farm Road, Ossipee, New Hampshire. The meeting will include : 1. A public hearing on the Carroll County Commissioners’ proposed 2026 County budget. 2. A public hearing to consider the Commissioners’ request to authorize Tax-Anticipation Note (TAN) borrowing. 3. Consider and act on request to engage auditing firm to conduct the 2025 audit 4. Any other business brought properly at the Delegation meeting. The Executive Committee will meet immediately following the Delegation meeting to review and approve transfers and any other business brought before the committee. The proposed budget will be available on the County website at www.carrollcountynh.gov or by contacting Carroll County Executive Director Mellisa Seamans at (603)539-7751 or by email to mseamans@carrollcountynh.gov. In case of inclement weather, the meeting will be rescheduled to Monday December 22nd  2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the same location.
