Oversees the administrative staff and the daily operations of the Department of Corrections including but not limited to the following:
- Staff development
- Offender disciplinary review
- Investigations
- Ensuring the day-to-day operations of the facility are conducted within the provisions of applicable state and federal laws, statutes, rules and regulations
