Carroll County Delegation voted February 27, 2023 to appoint a Lands Committee to recommend future uses of the County's 800+/- acres. In June 2023, the Delegation expanded the committee to include future use of the old nursing home (Annex). Current members are Rep. Mark McConkey (R-Freedom), Rep. Richard Brown (R-Moultonborough), Rep. David Paige (D-Conway) and County Commissioner Bill Nelson (R-Brookfield)
